Sometimes the little ball bearings that keep the cart trays separated come out causing tray jams.
Make sure your tray retracts all the way into the player flush with the face plate, gently push it in while retracting for those occasional no-read situations. (Also for Denon that takes these same carts). Also note that the CDs go in the Upside Down position.

this means it is not reading any disks. put new disks in unit try the remote that comes with this unit.

With the top off the unit, you can turn the tray gears manually for slow eject function. Unplug unit before touching anything inside, check internal fuses.

manual should have a list of error codes ,pioneers pretty ok like that , u can call them direct , meantime make sure disc is clean ,try store bought disc , not burned ones , sounds like a mechanical faliure , if unit was recently shipped to you , it may have required "transport "screws . disc tray may have slid into playing area inside unit .

Those errors mean that there is an electrical or mechanical system fault. The pioneer website suggests to turn the car ingition off and on again, or press the power ON/OFF button on the display unit and try to play the CD again.

That seems like the obvious solution to me, which Im sure you have already done. You can try to contact Pioneer for more info.

According to manual code simply means electrical or mechanical fault - not extremely helpful.

Try to disconnect and reconnect power and it perhaps will reset the problem.
