Will not burn a CD

Have you checked which CDR media the device can use.
This may be as simple as using a CD-R rather than a CD+R or vice versa,
Also check if you may be burning to a CDRW or CDR.

Hi, I have a NAD C541i cd player when i turn it on i get three blue line on the display, i open the draw and insert a CD disc but the blue lines stay on the display and the disc don't play. can you...

The blue lines you mention should flash when trying to find
the 'Table of Contents' of your CD, even if a CD isn't loaded.
If when a CD is loaded and these lines flash for a while without
any CD info e.g track no. / disc length then it's more likely that a problem has occurred with the laser.
Various NAD CD players use the Sony KSS-213 Laser unit
and for some reason particularly with NAD CD players, they tend
to drift out of calibration over time so what i usually do when i come across this is very finely adjust the pot trim on the laser itself and testing a CD between adjustments.

I insert cd but displayed disk error

1. Get your user guide ready,
2. Check the type of CD you insert,
3. Make sure your player is compatible with this particular media type (info should be in technical specifications table somewhere at the end of the manual)
4. If it does, make sure the dics is clean and scratch-free.
5. Make sure the format of media is supported by your device. Some players support VCD, SVCD, DVD etc. but do not support plain data CD which might be the reason of your disk error.

My Zenith PC displays Verifying DMI pool data . Update Success

Sometimes this can be even simpler. Put in your Windows CD and boot to safe mode command prompt and type fixmbr. This will repair your master boot record for your primary boot harddisk. Eject the windows CD and reboot and see if it fixes your problem.

Ok I had the kenwood KDC-MP235 installed and...

The front aux input is only capable of accepting audio signals and definitely won't display any track tags.

If you have an iPod, I think with the KCA-iP500 adapter it will display song info on the front as well as allow control from the Kenwood's controls.

As far as the song info on a CD - it should display if you've got a CD with CDTEXT info on it, or if you're playing an MP3/WMA CD. Most regular audio CDs won't be able to display song info.

Cd's are ok but no dvd's...

Had similar problem. Found the disk was not rotating. Adjusted the torque on the hold down screws of the drive unit allowed the disk to spin. Still had some motor noise, but DVD would load.
