Question about Russell Hobbs Blenders

My russell hobbs stand mixer/blender has just stopped working after only being used 3times. what do i do now? who can i contact?

Contact the retailer, not the manufacturer. The retailer is completely responsible for what you bought from them, and ought to give you a refund or a replacement as you choose. The retailer can subsequently make a claim on the manufacturer, but that's not your problem.

There is no such button, most likely the motor has failed.

I also needed a seal - contacted Russell Hobbs - told that product is discontinued - they do not hold stock on the seal. Great service !!

I have just bought a Professional Platinum 4500 blender. When I press the self clean button, there is no cycle; it stops as soon as I release the button. What am I doing wrong? I followed the instructions...

I'm afraid I can't answer this, but am posting to say I've just discovered exactly the same problem with my newly-purchased blender - same model - and have contacted Russell Hobbs service department to find out if I'm doing anything wrong (i'm sure I'm not!). I'll post any response here.

Russell hobbs rhhb3 handheld stopped working

Yes, pry the display cover off and you will find 2 screws. You will find a switch and circuit board. From the circuit board to the switch you will finf a fuse. This is probaby the problem.
