I also had the exact problem about 2 weeks ago on my L46WD22. Tried everything the RCA customer service rep told me. Took it to the authorized repair shop and they told me they had others on their shelf for over a month. Since the board has been on back order for a while, my repair shop called and actually got to talk to an engineer at RCA. The problem seems to be a surface mount fuse that RCA said they also could not get. My repair center said that he found a fuse to fit the board, and though it was a higher rated fuse, installed it. TV works fine and it is back in my house.
Hi. What you need to do is plug in a cable or Antena in its place, and reprogram the channels. if you did that, then try to use a VCR or DVD player and install it using the RCA cables. Install the cable to the DVD or the VCR. If nothing works, My TV has a crack in the LCD. I'll either sell it to you, or buy yours. Let me know. Thanks.... email me to [email protected]
