How do you hook up the thermostat to a Central Electric feh-017ha-04 furnace? Also, where do the A/C wires hook up to the furnace?

The standard color code for the HVAC is as follows....
Red=Hot or 24v
White=Heat
Green=Fan
Yellow=A/C
White 1=secondary heat.
Blue=Spare
Orange=Heat Pump
C=Common
The thermostat has the terminals marked R,Rh,W,G,Y.
The furnace should have a terminal strip with similar markings.
If you only have 1 control transformer this will be easy.
Hook the wires up using the colors I have listed. If you don't have the same color wires go with whats close to them....such as use Orange for Red etc. It really doesn't matter as long as they are landed on the same terminals on the thermostat and furnace. Two wires running to A.C unit outside put one on Y the other on C. If you need any more help let me know!

I have an old Nordyne central electric furnace model number feh-015hab-04. I'm trying to find out how to clean the filter but no matter what site I go to, and no matter which way I have asked the question,...

Looking at the way these are manufactured It should have a panel that pulls off of the front and the filter then lifts straight up from a channel made for it.

Nordyne furnace FEH017HA-04 the fan runs full force when the ac is on but half speed when the furnace kicks in

That is probably normal if it is electric heat to slow the air over the heating elements. Even some gas units do this. Check to see if the unit blower motor has wires for multiple speeds.

Nordyne model FEH-017HA-04 furnace...the fan comes on full force with ac but not when furnace comes on

On newer furnaces the fan starts in a period of time factory set and is initiated by the control board. The air conditioning fan is started by the thermostat and starts right away when the stat calls for cooling. You will need a tech. familiar with this model and carrying the right parts to look it over. Does the furnace fire and then shut off in a few minutes? If so, it is most likely to be the board. Sorry. It may be pricy.

Nordyne FEH-017HA-04 furnace fan is running full speed on ac but not on furnace

Multiple speed fans are always wired to run on "HI" for A/C and a lower speed for heat. If there are more than 3 wires on the fan motor, its probably a multiple speed.

Fan won't blow on ac, but works on furnace

The fans heat speed is low speed and the cool speed is high speed. High speed is controlled by the fan relay normally open switch, the low speed is controlled by the temperature delay or time delay.

I have an intertherm feh-017ha electric furnace and it's blowing warm air, but the force behind the air coming out seems weak and motor doesn't sound like it's running to it's full potential as it did last...

First, check your air filters and change if necessary. Next, if the motor doesn't seem to be running at full speed, the capacitor may be weak. This will cause it to run slower than normal. If you have a multimeter with the capacitor test function you can check it with that. If not, you can take it to a heating and air supply and they can check it.

I have a intertherm model feh-017h electric

It's the heat kit in the unit that is causing the problem. You need to do a continuity test on it to eleminate that they have shorted. This is the only thing in an electric furnace that will blow a fuse on it. Intertherm is a Nordyne product for manufactured homes. Of coarse they still sell them! I am a Nordyne dealer. Also a sequencer can not cause a fuse to blow. The service guy just wants to make money from you by installing a new unit. You can either re-wire the heat kit or you can purchase a new one and have it installed. If you are referring to the heat kit for 159.00, then that's a fair price for it if you are a non licensed person.
