Presuming your needle is clamed in fully up position & is not needle bar height problem, this needle/hook timing should get your local sewing machine technician to get it adjusted correctly.

The neddle is hitting the medal instead of going in how do I adjust this problem on a brother es 2000 machine

Check to see if the needle is bent. If that is not the case you need to adjust the needle position on the needle bar. This may be something that you want to have a technician do, so you don't change the timing on the machine.

Were my bobbins goes it has a bobbin case but the case makes the machine stop and breaks the neddle what can i do

you are useing the wrong needles for the machine or the needle bar that holds the needle has slipped down from its retainer. and it will need the timing done. with the bobbin case out you will be able to see how much shorter the needle will need to be or how much the needle bar will need to move up. the hook that picks up the thread should line up above the eye in the needle on the up stroke

Seat the bobbin & adjust tension on Singer 9018

basic tension instructions apply...bottom tension should be moderate, thread should pass when holding thread and dangle the case. Top tension should pull bottom thread JUST to the top side of fabric. thread bobbin case counter clockwise.

Timing the needle

That isn't the timing. If the hook is hitting the needle the hook is too far left - or close to the needle. It's adjustable by loosening the set screw at the base of the hook and by gently tapping the hook away from the needle. You want the hook to be close enough to the needle to pick up the thread loop that's formed just as the needle bar is rising.

Neddle problem

Sounds like the needle is hitting the bobbin casing. Take it out and re-seat it. Check your manual.

Neddle screw wont tighten neddle in

There is a small metal rod about 1/2" long that fits into the hold in front of the screw that holds the needle secure. I didn't realize that I had dropped the rod until I could not tighten the needle. I found the rod, put it into the hole and was able to tighen the needle.

Sewing machine struggling to run or sewing slowly with no load

sounds like it needs oiled.
Clean thoroughly in the hook and bobbin case area and oil 1-2 drop is all.
Oiling instructions:
You never need a diagram to oil a sewing machine. Turn the hand wheel and look for every area that metal touches metal. 1-2 drops (more Is Not better) of oil everywhere metal rubs metal, use a flashlight and look and oil look and oil until every spot is oiled.
