Problems with NEC -80573 Corded Phone

The phone people in the office should be able to turn off call forwarding and auto answer

NEC has many products, so I don't know what 80573 is, but you should have a system manager who can blitz the old security code so a new one can be set up. Usually that task goes to the office manager, or internal IT person.

caller id must be set up through your phone provider, (beware they normally charge a monthly fee for the privilege.

Turn your mic off .Your phone will beep when get intercom calls but your mic is off so they can ear you.

you need to access program mode. Did you contact your nec vendor? ldtsnj.com

Yes, you just need to program those buttons on your phone. Press "feature" then "redial" then press the button you want to program, then press "1" then it's extension # (example: 1-0-0 to program the button for extension 100) then press "feature". After you've programmed those extensions, the intercom should work.

press voicemail
push SA
then I
mailbox number should be 802
then L is to listen, R is to record a new one.

Well, from the master phone(usually ext 100). You need to make sure to press fea. 84 until it says "relocation ON". From there you type in 65*->then enter your ext.->then you will need the 10 digit password for the phone system. After that the ext. will be moved.
