If you are asking for instructions on checking and possibly adding oil to a Hunter Original fan. Here are instructions:
Check oil level immediately after filling the reservoir. To check oil, bend an ordinary pipe cleaner into a 1/2" long hook and dip it into the oil reservoir.
If oil touches the end of the pipe cleaner, the fan has ample oil. If it does not touch, add SAE 10 non-detergent oil slowly until it touches the pipe cleaner.
-Hunter Original fans rarely/ never need oil unless they were relocated or tipped. ...Or if the fan was improperly installed.
-Hunter sells an oil refill / oil level check kit with good instructions. They also sell a relocation kit that includes the same kit plus all mounting hardware needed.
Good Luck!
A word on using WD40: it is a "Water Displacing" agent ("WD"), and it was the 40th formula that worked, hence WD40. What that means is that it is not a lubricant, but works great for breaking something that is frozen up. That is why most people use it as a lubricant because it acts similar to one, but eventually the friction will return. So it is best to use some other oil. 3-in-1 oil is light weight and motor oil is heavier, so use one of those depending on the viscosity required.

There are only two places to lubricate a ceiling fan, the top and bottom of the armature that goes through the center of the motor. The blades in turn hook to this and rotate with it. The top of the armature, closest to the ceiling, is probably a little difficult to get at. The bottom of the armature is probably easier to get at. To do a complete job of lubricating both ends, the fan must be taken apart and cleaned of old lubricant which is then replaced with new. However, I have found that using a can of WD40 with the red extension nozzle is the best way to do it without taking the fan apart. Spray some WD40 at the lowest part of the armature supported by the motor housing. WD40 is better than oil because it penetrates better and it is less likely to cause a build up of dust and dirt that would cling to the oil.
