Hello, what to do is to start another self clean cycle let the unit clean for about 3 minutes then push the cancel button.This should unlock the door if not a tech will have to come to advance the lock motor . good luck

Whithout knowing the model number in general it takes several hours for the cleaning cycle. My oven takes approx. 4 hours to complete a good cleaning. On my own oven, you can set the timer for as long as you want. Do you have an owners manual? If not, you can find one here...........

Okay,
1, check your power, locate your breaker for the range. turn the breaker off and turn it back on.
Your Range it is electronic control on the Oven but not the Stove Top heating elements.
After you reset the breaker and it still not work.
Please let me know more about the unit.
When you purchase.
How/when it happen.
What is the indicator showing.

i have an old model of the fridgedare gallery professional series stove. After self cleaning, the ignition sparks for the burners will not come off, they keep clicking and only stops when i pull out the plug. can you help me with this situation?

Hello jnjpelli - Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart the unit. The same thing happened to me about a week ago. I was preheating our electric oven, heard a very loud bang/pop. Checked and the oven had PF (power failure) I went downstairs and the breaker was tripped. Came back upstairs and to look at stove, the burners are working fine so I continued to preheat oven after a half an hour the oven was only slightly warm. Did you ever find out what was wrong?
