We had a power surge that came thru the phone lines and I had my panasonic hooked up thru my Dish reciever which was connected to the phone line. After the power surge my system would not turn on. I checked the fuse and it looks okay. I unhooked all the speaker wires and still nothing. What is the small battery for??
