Sounds like you may have a weak breaker or under size conductors. For 30A you need at least 10 awg conductor. Did this help?

By the way, Most dryers are 50 Amp. Are you trying to run a 50A dryer using only 30 A breaker and conductor. Check it out to be sure.

SOURCE: Main breaker tripping

replacing the main is a possibility and i saw someone suggestion to ck load on each leg of power , also a good idea but one thing i have also seen do this is a loose or corroded connection in the meter base or disconnect which causes a process called electrolysis that is a flaking away of the conductor itself in the meter base or disconnect feeding the panel main breaker and causing heat build up internal to breaker and making it trip but if you replace the main that is the time to check all these connection and it would not hurt to apply a little no lock or some other brand of oxidation inhibitor

SOURCE: Looking for 2 15amp single pole pushmatic circuit breakers.

A Google search for "15 amp pushmatic" turned up several links. Here's one for a retailer with new ones and an eBay store with cheaper prices (maybe pullouts):

Did you also check the big-box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's or electric suppliers in your area?

SOURCE: gfci breaker for spa

gfci's are designed to trip if they receive voltage on there ground/neutral side, therefore my vote is for Smithbrother I would say there is probably a partial short somewhere in you system.

SOURCE: 50 amp GFCI breaker trips after spa runs for 45

More than likely, it's the element. They begin to 'leak' small current as they get old and this will trip the GFCI

SOURCE: Breaker trips when running a small dehumidifier alone on circuit

the breaker is getting weak and won't hold the load, assuming that nothing else is on the line. if it trips immediately u could have a short.

The tumble drier operates correctly but after a short time (eg 5 minutes) it trips out the fuse box and cuts out ?

you obviously have a short somewhere in the machine, Or its overheating due to bad venting, bad blower flow etc, it should not blow or trip ur breaker box though? has anyone bypassed any of the thermal fuses? I suspect u may have a short in the heater element broken wires touching metal and causing the fuse to trip

Dryer blows circuit breaker after running 10-20 minutes.

indicates problem motor , overheating in the wiring or excessive loads in the drier

Light downstair keep tripping our fuse box

Is it really a fuse box ? or breakers ? If nothing is running on that circuit ,you probably have a short circuit , the fuse or breaker is saving you from a fire.

Main breakers keeps blowing what is the reason i had the electrical company check there stuff up to the house said everything was ok no smaller breakers are blowing just the 200 main is it possible i did...

Add up all the amps from active breakers. Do they add up over 200? If not, then I suspect a bad main breaker. If they do, then you need a larger service box and or main breaker.

Clothes Dryer not working

if it is tripping the breaker right away there is an issue with the drier shorting to ground. unplug and look for a broken wire in the drier. if the drier runs for 10-15 min maybe 30 before it trips the breaker. there is a loose connection in the wiring. either at the junction box in the wall behind the dryer or at the breaker panel. If it is in the electrical I would call an electritian. Good Luck!
