Invariably the capacitors on your power board are poped out.

Hi, First check that you have good power coming in from plug.
If that is good check out power board (capacitors Bad) replace if oozing out or bulging out. If you are good with soldering then do so.
Replace with same capacitors or better ones.

If more than one click----main power relay is turning on and then off.

Indicates a problem in main power supply---either the supply or something connected to it is pulling it down.

Suggests problem is on Secondary side of power supply.

The clicks are the relays closing, measure the power board voltages and see if they're correct for starters

Your main power board located in the center where your power cord will plug into is going bad, actually it's just a relay. I have the same problem, tv works for hours til relay overheats, then tv shuts off and tries to restart, hence the clicking and the 3 green flashes, mine will actually restart after 15-30 minutes. search online for the board, ranges anywhere from 150-280. I haven't found anyone to sell just the relay. I am trying tv with rear panel removed and cover removed from relay to see if relay will not malfunction? Board is a simple plug and play, just remember to have the tv unplugged.... you can actually remove the rear panel while on it's stand, just don't remove the screws holding the base onto the tv.

tv will not power on. red light on switch blinks. power relay clicks, but no picture or sound.

must be some of parts broken down. you have to check powersupply thorougly.

This is a typical condition if the power supply has failed or a power-consuming circuit the supply services has exceeded a predetermined current draw. The relay you hear is preventing further damage or even fire.
You will need local tech help with this.
