Re: how do I get to internal memory
Remove the memory card and you should be able to see the images stored on the internal memory by pressing the playback "arrow" button. If it says no image found, there is nothing currently on the internal memory. With a memory card inserted, the camera defaults to the card only, and ignores the internal memory.

You'll need to install the software that came with the camera onto your computer then connect the camera with the USB cable that came with it to your computer. The software will start when it senses your camera is connected and you'll be able to access the camera internal memory. Otherwise, you can copy the internal memory contents to the memory card from the camera itself from the menu system.
If you take the memory card out of the camera, you can go to playback and see exactly what's on the internal memory. If you see the images you are searching for, re-install the memory card and go to playback, again. You won't be able to see the internal memory any more. Press the menu button and go to the copy function. You will have the option to save images from the internal memory, to the card, and vice-versa. Save them from internal to card memory and you should have all the images saved from your camera to the card, for easier access to them.
