If after this it still does not work you will need to speak to your network operator to get them to check your account at their end for GPRS & MMS provisioning. A clue to this being the case is if you receive a picture message(MMS) and it redirects you to the networks website to view it?

How to format the phone

For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 12345 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

Dont Know My Pin 4 My New Sony Errcison G502?

pin generally is in your sim not in your phone.
if you put correcltly your sim pin and the phone request his own pin , well strange because new phones dont have activated the pin in request.
anyway look in your phone manual haw is the prefrabicated pin from the company. if you dont have the manual go to the sony ericson website and download your phone model manual.

Mp3 message tone alerts are truncated on k800i

I use sony ericsson K810i, tone alerts donot play till the end of the songs, it plays only about 1 minute to 1.5 minutes to the max and the same repeats. Sony is just like this...

I can't send and receive MMS. I can't even use my internet.

have your phone be activated by in the sevice center of you service provider. others can be easily activated by calling customer service of the specific network provider

Hi for sending and receiving picture messages first of all u should activate a mms service in ur mobile... Then only u are permitted to send or receive any picture msgs... to activate mms facility in ur mobile just make a call to customer care and say that u need to activate mms.. within 24hrs the service will be provided...
