They need to be formatted to fat32 to work on DVD player systems.if you can't format on windows use the hp usb utility which is free to download and use.this fixes most cards and usb sticks that have corrupted and will allow you to format to any file systems but also to the correct block sizes.but it does needs to be FAT32.
sorry but this didnt help. in the end I had to take the machine back to the dealer, at first they said they couldn't help me because it needed a new motherboard and as you guessed this wasnt covered by the warranty (the machine was weeks old) but when I pointed out I went by instructions they had printed out and given me they relented and gave me a new machine they programmed for me first. so if in doubt get the shop to programme it for you before you accept it.
You probably won't be getting them. If you either didn't get disks with your computer or you didn't make them when you started using the machine, you will have to order a set from Acer. Probably cost about $20.
To get the PUK code you need to contact your current service provider. All you need to tell them is you need the PUK code for your cell phone, they will need to verify your cell phone number and the IMEI number of your phone. Once they have this information, they will provide you with the PUK code.
