Samsung WF365BTBGWR/A2---nF code. This washer was deliver 10/15. Technician sans delivery guy did tests and called it good and left. I tried my first load of laundry. nF code came up. The hoses "felt " like water was going in ( And yes all new plumbing, hoses etc, water is on , power is on) Called it in and they sent yet another "technician" and he put it on Rinse and spin mode AFTER he checked, hoses, water, connections, etc and said that after the rinse and spin mode it should revert back and I should be able to wash and so he left. So yes water did come in it spin and the clothes were practically dried. Tooked the dryer 10 minutes to dry the clothes. So I tried again Normal wash, warm water, etc... nF... I have read the manual several times. I even took the Technical manual and ran it thru all the variety of 'tests' and everything passed. But then again there is no test for "is water coming thru?" OR how to fix the "codes" problems. esp. nF. So now a specialist is 'suppose' to come on Tuesday. Hopefully a Samsung specialist who has all the parts if needed to do the job. My husband is this close to packing it up into the pickup truck, demanding a new washer and or our money back. We haven't used it yet and we are having this kind of problem... what about 3 months from now?? or 2 years from now???? I think its either a computer board glitch or we definitely have a lemon. Do you all have a secret code in getting beyond the nF problem? We checked everything several times, include water pressure which is great.... So please don't tell me "Is your faucets on, power on? voltage correct, clothes in the washer, etc....Been there, done that.

more than likely your carbon brushes which are situated in your motor locatable by a single wire on each side of your motor going into a plastic casing that holds the carbon if it doesnt have carbon brushes than it will have a module which is about 4in in length and is a circuit board this will need replacing which in some cases is not cheap at all

It is your water pump. If you don't know what you are doing it could be tough.
Testimonial: "Thank you very much. I found out I need special tool to remove the water pump's screws. It is not diffcult do it with diagrams. "

Mine is doing it. What was your final result?
SOURCE: Have F20 come up when
Hi F20 error code in your Maytag occurs when the control
detects that the washer in not filling with enough water. As the water will not
drain even though the drain hose is fine, it means that either the pressure
switch believes that the unit is flooding & sends the signal to the control
or even the drain pump is not running. If the pressure switch is bad the unit
will not fill with water, so it's either the control or the drain pump. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance. Daniel
