Hi there. Maybe your TV is not equipped for S channel reception.
Channel 73 falls into the S band; (21-69 is the normal UHF band.)
However in most cases, you must choose in wich band you scan your channels; (H, or S) I cannot imagine that this modern TV should not be equipped for S channels. Try manual channel search, where you'll probably find this possibility.
Sounds like the TV may need to be on ch 73 cable rather than 60 air. Try switching the TV to 73, if it goes to 69 then put back on 60, if goes to 73 good. Once you have that set go to your TV1 and bring up the menu. Go to System Setup (6) -> Installation (1) -> Modulator Setup (5) and change the TV2 setup to either cable if on 73 or air if on 60 and the picture should come in if everything's hooked up.
Hope that helped! You can email me at [email protected] if the problem persists.
We would be happy to help with that. Some TV's do not havethe ability to go as high as channel 73; this may be the case for your (enterbrand here). We would recommend changing the channel that your DISH Networkreceiver outputs the picture for your TV2. Start by pressing the"Menu" button, from the main menu press 6 for "SystemSetup", then 1 for "Installation", and then 5 for"Modulator Setup". Under TV2 we are going to change the mode to"Air", the channel displayed beside it should change to 60, selectdone on the right side of the screen to save the changes. Now change thechannel of your TV2 to 60 and you should get the DISH Network programming. Wehope this helps.
Thanks so much for being a valued DISH Network customer!

Hello! Daniel Busa with Dish Network customer service. The first thing I would do is try unplugging the reciever for ten seconds, then plugging it back in. If that doesnt do the trick, make sure the tv is on ch 60 or 73. If it goes to 73 and there is no picture, go to tv1 hit menu 6-1-5 under tv2 out it will say 60 or 73, you'll want it set to 73 highlight cable and hit select. If the tv doesn't go above 69 make sure tv2 is set to air 60 don't change tv1's setting during any of this.
I am assuming you have a dish network duel tuner. You can actually use any channel under 60 for the second t.v.. You can find all that information in that big pamphlet that your remote comes in. It also sounds like your in antenna mode, (please make sure your tv2 side is on before you do this) go to the second tv go to menu system set up scroll through until you see input type or something along those lines, make sure you select cable, then do a channel scan/ setup it should pick it up.
it sounds like the tv is already in cable mode, and that it is a older tv. some older tv's will only tune in so many channels. yours going up only to channel 69. if you have the remote for this tv, try punching in channel 73. if it doesn't tune in, then the tv will not recieve channel 73.
good luck

SOUNDS LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WHEN THE CHANNEL GOT ACCIDENTALLY BLOCKED AS AN UNUSED CHANNEL CHECK YOUR MENU ON REMOTE FOR ADD AND REMOVE CHANNELS AND RELOAD THAT CHANNEL AS INSTRUCTS IN MANUAL FOR THE TV
