I was 11 and i put in a passcode for xbox and i forgot it

I forgot mine not too long ago and went through the system reset options for forgotten passwords.
My password is the same as my Microsoft Live (Hotmail) account so if you can remember that it should be the same as your XBOX password.

Else just use the forgotten password options to change it.
This is quite easily resolved.

dont know the family pass-code to my X-box so i can't play any games or watch movies

I've managed to come across this from someone who called microsoft with the same problem (it seems quite common)
Go into settings Console settings Then device settings (The one with the blue screen)
Then go:
left trigger, right trigger, x, y, left bumper, right bumper, left with left stick, up with left stick, right with left stick, x

If you have trouble use the pad instead of stick, but I could only get the stick to work..

forgetfulness is a young and old mans issue.

if that is a password for the xbox live passcode, the passcode being asked everytime you sign in, the password is the password itself when you try to recover your gamertag

if that is a passcode for watching videos, or something.

that is a family settings passcode, the only way to override that is to call tech support, give the console serial number of your xbox of course, the serial number has a unique reset code attached to it..
tech support will give you some things to press on sytem info page of the dashboard to reset the family settings

So the password can be reset with a button combination made on your controller, but that sequence can only be given by the people at Microsoft Technical Support. Write down the serial number of the Xbox (find that on a sticker on the back of the machine), and call 1-800-4MYXBOX.

They will likely ask you several questions about who plays it, gamertags, billing address, and so on, but they will then walk you through how to reset the password. I can't give you what that password is, as everyone has a different one depending on the serial number of the console.
