I have been unable to find replacement batteries for your product. In most cases, it's cheaper to buy a new device, opposed to buying replacement parts for something that has been used for awhile and run the risk of another part going bad.
If mean the internal battery on the motherboard needs replacing because the comp has been unused for a long time you can simply remove the battery and replace it yourself. Check the battery, note the # and buy the same battery. When you remove the old battery remember exactly the position of the + and - side of the battery. Replace with new battery in to match the old one.
refer to manual -- but yes, i would say its battery issue -- replace batteries .
if you never replaced battry since you bought it and it is over 2 years old, then you have lithyium type battery .
if it came with lithium battery, take the screw(s) off-- mouse will have lithium battery (size of a quarter), then go to radio shack and buy replacement -- but have RADIO SHACK test your battery before you buy another one, to make sure it is a battery issue.
Looks like your battery is dead and needs to be replaced. You can buy the cheapest original replacement (with free postage paid recycling kit for your old battery) on buy.com ( search for: CWK2S6 ). You can also buy No-name cheap alternative on ebay. ( by searching for: APC RBC2 ).
Turn it off, and remove the battery.
Check the manufacture-date on the battery -- it's probably very "old",
i.e., it has expired due to old age. Replace the battery.
Or, there are places that will take the battery, open it,
replace the rechargeable cells, close it, and ship it back to you,
for a lower price than buying a new battery.
Please make sure the charger is working.I suggest you try replacing it with a new charge and then give it a try.The problem can also be with the battery if it is more than 2-3 yrs old.In this case the problem is with the battery.
So i suggest if the battery is more than 3 yrs old buy a new one and then test it with the old charger and if the battery is not old then replace it with a new charger and try charging the battery.
