Question about Samsung Cell Phones

I have a Samsung Ace phone. Somehow the btinternet email has dropped off, and although I have tried to add it on again I'm unsuccessful! It keeps asking for my domain. What would that be? I must have a domain as I had the email address working on my mobile phone properly before. How do I find what my domain is? My email address is [email protected], and my laptop is Windows 7. Is the domain part of my email address? Please help, so that I can use the email once again. Also, please make it simple - technology and I don't get on all that well together!! Thank you. I also have the exact same problem.
However, you don't need to take out the battery to re-power on the phone. Just hold the power button for a longer time (about 10 seconds). The screen will light up and the device will reboot.

Unfortunately it sound like you need the PUK code for your phone. Sounds like somehow the master lock got activated on your phone or a sim card lock. And the only way to be able to use your phone will be to get the PUK code. And if that's the code they gave you tell them to do it again because somehow it's not working.

Being a BTinternet customer myself, I am not surprised that you have a problem IF what you have put here is correct because the server you require is "mail.btinternet.com" NOT "mail.btinternet.co" as you state.

go to your settings and press add account. select email and input your details, keep connected to wifi while doing so to be sure its not your network stopping you. Your phone should auto get your settings for you to set up the email one your log in details have been input. Before doing all this try a update from `about phone` in your settings also.

I am not sure about this but my solution is probably to factory reset your phone but you will lose ALL data. Unless of course your phone numbers are saved to sim

U need to update phones os. Go to setting>about>software update/ SW update.
If dnt find it try using samsung kies pc suite on ur pc and update using ur computer.

Follow the below instruction to change the email address in pay pal account

Login to your paypal account using your email id and password
click on the MY ACCOUNT tab
select Profile tab ->Add or Edit Email option
Click Add and add the new email id(You can have up to 7 email id)
Enter your email id after that you receive an email and you need to confirm
login back to paypal using old email id go to Add or Edit email option again
Select the new email id and click "Make Primary " option
Now either you can keep both of them or delete the old one
