I am unable to delete Rahul'virusprotection.vbe and Autorun.inf in my pen drive .Sometimes deteled again immediatly come to my pendrive

Please follow these steps to Remove Virus using Command Promt:

Click the "Start" menu and type "CMD" into the "Run" box and click "OK."

Select the drive that is infected with the virus. If you are not sure which drive is infected, start with the "C:" drive. Type in "C:" and press "Enter" to access this drive.

Type the following into the command prompt box: - s - h *. * /s /d and press "Enter." This will bring up any suspicious files located on the drive. Open the suspicious file.

Look for a file that contains a ".exe" file and a file titled "autorun.inf." If you find these two files, you have found the tainted file. Make sure to write down the name of the program where the file is located.

Rename the "autorun.inf" so you can access the drive later without activating the virus. Type: rename autorun.inf as virusfile and close out of the "Command" prompt box.

Double-click the "My Computer" icon and select the drive that has the infected file. Find the program that contains the infected file.

Right-click on the program and choose "Open."

Right-click on the file you renamed "virusfile" and choose "Delete."

Right-click on the ".exe" file and choose "Delete." You have now removed the virus from your computer's hard drive.

When i scan usb this error is found error

HOPE THIS PROBLEM IS autorun.inf virus PROBLEM
There is a much simple way to remove the Autorun.inf file. Genreally when you refresh the windows explorer view a bounded virus process recreates this file. This file is attached to many events of windows explorer including OPEN, REFRESH, etc. Simple stept to remove the virus activation:
You must close opened explorer windows.

1. open up a command prompt (i.e. cmd.exe) >> to load it go to Run, type cmd, enter.
2. Now to remove virus's attributes (in order to delete it type following line by line and execute them pressing enter.
e.g.

F:\attrib -s -r -h *.* If there are any malicious EXE files those are now visible so if unnecessary delete them too.
F:\del autorun.inf

I am using a Transcend 8GB USB Pend Driver. when i scanned it, it showed me that, find "rahulvirusprotection.vbe". Hence i delete it immediately. After deleting the virus, i tried to access the...

It is virus which uses autorun feature of the removable devices such as USB Pen Drive. These type of viruses usually have two files. (a) autorun.inf and (b) the executable (.exe) or script file. Some Antivirus programs delete the exe file but the autorun files remains. In your case, the exe file (rahul's virus protection.vbe) has been removed but the autorun entry is there, which is run everytime you try to access your pen drive. First, plug-in the drive and DONT OPEN IT. Open 'My Computer' , right click the pen drive and choose explore. (This would by-pass the autorun feature).

Download Flash Disinfector and save it to your desktop. Double-click Flash Disinfector.exe to run it and follow any prompts that may appear. The utility may ask you to insert your flash drive. Please do so and allow the utility to clean up those drives as well. Wait until it has finished scanning and then exit the program.
Reboot your computer when done.

(Flash_Disinfector will remove any autorun.inf files, create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don't delete this folder. It will help protect your drives from future infection)

Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance is required.

Good Luck!
Appreciate generously, if the solution could have been of any help!

Antivirus for ''doomsday'' virus

I had this virus, and the following procedure seemed to work in getting rid of it for me. Hopefully it works for you as well.
open command prompt my going Start > Run and typing cmd.
You should be in a directory called something like “C:\Documents and Settings\User”. if you are not, change to it by typing ‘cd’ and the directory above (replacing ‘user’ with your username), and then pressing enter.
type ‘attrib’ and press enter. There should be a file called svchost.exe, and will have the attributes SHR (which stands for System-file, hidden, and read-only).
type ‘attrib -s -h -r svchost.exe’. This removes the SHR properties and allows you to delete the file.
type ‘del svchost.exe’. This should delete the virus from your computer.
NOTE: svchost.exe is a critical system file if it is located in C:\WINDOWS\System32. If it is located elsewhere (as this one is), it is generally a virus.
Then, insert infected pen drives (memory sticks, iPods etc.) which carry the virus. Change the directory to the pen drive by typing ‘E:’(or whatever letter it is) ENTER. Then type ‘attrib’ as above.
there should be the files ‘protector.exe’ and ‘autorun.inf’ which also have the properties SHR. type ‘attrib -s -h -r’ ENTER, and then delete the files by typing ‘del autorun.inf’ ENTER then ‘del protector.inf’ ENTER. This should remove the virus. Autorun.inf might reappear, but this shouldn’t be a problem.
Do not open the pen drive after you insert it, and cancel any autorun windows that come up.

How 2 delete file autorun in my system without appearing in futur

When your computer automatically creates a "autorun.inf" or "autorun.exe" file on your pen drive, you have a virus. This is the way it multiplies itself in order to infect other computers. First, do a virus check and disinfection procedure on your computer (use a strong antivirus, like Kaspersky - they have 30-day free trial). After that, plug in the device, and now try to format it. It should work, if your computer is not too affected.

AUTORUN.EXE & RECYCLE VIRUS

You need to do a low level format on the pen drive and the system drive. I have found by using programs like kill disk is the best way to get rid of a worm virus. A regurlar format will not work, unlike what they say to you. Kill disk will stop all running prorgrams on the drive. What it does it rights zero to the pen the drive. After that you need to do the same to your system drive. Otherwise you will be back to square one.
