Hi, the other week I put some of songs onto a 2.0GB sandisk memory card and put it onto my phone and they worked fine, but the other day I added some more songs onto the memory card and when I tried to play bluetooth them or even use them as a ringtone my phone would just start making funny noises and then it would say "please wait" and then "searching" and then do absolutely nothing. Also when I tried to play them it says "unsupported file". Could you please tell me why this is happening?

Re: Memory card problem
Check the bitrate of the newer mp3, it may be unsupported by your phone.
Or, the song may be corrupt. Delete ist and try a different version of the son.

You have to make sure that your phone supports the Audio format that you have the songs saved to. Also it depends on the type of phone that you have, some phones require software to create and index file for the songs that you have it load onto the phone. With out the index file the phone does not know how to identify new songs.
Hope this helps

Try to format your memory card on a pc. after formatting, try putting some songs or any other data on the card from PC and then insert it on to ur mobile phone.
If is still does not work on mobile then you need to contact Nokia as the card is working fine.
You need to copy all your files from your memory card onto your pc, then format the memory card in the phone using them menu. Then copy all of your files back into the correct folders that the phone has created on your memory card.
1st plug in the memory card into the computer. Go to start , then my computer . Locate the drive that has your card . right click on it and format the removable disk. This will clean the mini memory card back to it's new condition. It will also empty it so make sure your files are saved on your computer. Try again to put music on.
Well as far as I know you have to connect the memory card into the adapter and connect the adapter to a card reader(a kind of a box like thing which only that can read the memory cards). This card reader you have to connect to the computer and just copy and paste the song and then reconnect
