I have a Canon IRC5180, the color prints and copys are totally blue. (over the full page), there is no edge or something, 100% blue on the page... if i try to recalibrate them and check the transverbelt running the machine with open right covers, i see that the belt is always blue too, the toner if always on the transferbelt as the machine try to recalibrate... I see the CMYK Pattern him produce too, but the belt is always blue... The machine done some prints normal before, maybe 10, Nr. 11 was blue (ather colors printed too) The machine sometimes, but really rare stopped with code, that the Cyan drum would have problems, but changing to another drum not fixed them... The drums are definite ok and not worn out. Any idea what to do or to check? Thx

For some reason Canon have removed manuals from their pages. Second one I have seen missing today. Here is a copy and shows connecting a camera. If your unknown phone has a USB, you can try it. This is the page of the manual that shows it.

The magenta has run out (red).
Replace the HP 22 tri-color cartridge.
It probably has yellow and cyan (blue) left in it, and the black is most likely working as well, but if any of the 3 colors in the tricolor cartridge run out, the whole cartridge must be replaced.
For instance, if I printed my vacation photos and there was a lot of water and blue sky in all of them, the cyan might run out long before the cartridge life expectancy.
Also, don't forget that cartridges are rated in pages printed at 5% coverage.
Since a photo is about 25% of a full page, a photo printed at full bleed (edge to edge) will only yield 32 4 X 6 inch photos from a cartridge rated at 160 pages (5X expected coverage = 1/5 the prints)

Please check your Printer setup. or options ( I am not familiar with this printer. what terms they use- I'm not sure) Ther will be options for Print in Color or Black. Make sure the radio button for COLOR is checked. This way, black and color both will print in the correct color. So leave it on color even when you want to print in Black. The black radio button is there for a different reason.

Unfortunately it is all true.
Personally I would stay away from Lexmark, I am a Canon fan, the MP520 looks real nice, but it's personal choice at the end of the day.

4. Select On
5. Select Print Totals Page Totals.
6. Print List.

101:Total black copies and printed pages
103:Total A3 black copies and printed pages
201:Total A4 black copies
203:Total A3 black copies

Yep same as above. Black prints very light gray after 5 years of good printing. Tried every test, replaced black cartridges with different brands. Just wondering if somehow you can clean the heads. I'm convinced the black head is almost totally clogged. Does anyone know how to remove the printer heas to do this?
