Hi The best way is to go to the apps manager & delete the app from your Tablet or Phone. Redownolad & install the same app from the Play Store. This should fix it. Remember to turn sound on. Regards Bob from OZ

1. how old is your tablet 2. have you tried another charger such as a phone charger. My blackberry charger works fine for my tablet. Also with your tablet you should have had a usb cable that connected from mini usb to the asus plug in transformer.
check the voly out in you vcd adapter if this exist go to open you pad and rebulding soldering the conector volt in and then ready you pad work again please vote
You will need to do a factory reset on the device. This should clear up this issue & then you should be able to download the Candy Crush application again afterwards.
