did you replace the glass or the digitizer. You may have damaged the digitiser when you broke the screen or while replacing the glass.

Go buy a new tablet. The screen will probably run probably $50-75.

Are you going to attempt to replace the screen yourself? Do you have the necessary tools? If not, how much will the tools cost on top of what you would pay for the screen. Taking it out to be repaired? You'll be hard pressed to find a technician that charges less than $75 for labor alone.

I repeat: Go buy a new tablet. Sorry man.

Is it the front glass/screen or is it the digitizer (main touch LCD screen)? If it's the first layer of glass then you can find kits online like E-Bay very cheap and Google instructions on how to do the replacement. I've done several and it's easy but follow instructions carefully.

Connect your device to iTunes and hold down the Power and Home buttons for 10 seconds exactly then release the power button and KEEP holding the home button until iTunes says it needs to be restored.

That means you have a bad digitizer. When the screen was changed so was your digitizer which is a part of the touchscreen on the back. When your glass was changed so was the digitizer which is attached to it. You a new touchscreen...

Try this: Press and hold the wake/sleep button and the home button simultaneously for ten seconds and the apple logo should appear on the screen. Release the buttons and it should work like normal. Hope this helps. If it still does not respond to touch, then your screen may have been damaged in some way and it will need to be replaced.
