Check the programming of the coverage path of the station and change the number of ring you desired.

Get its software updated and for sure your problem is going to be resolved. There is nothing much you can do with IP address assigning or with the hardware.

How to keep calls from going to voice mail

Remove call forwarding to the voicemail pilot extension. Either forward it to somewhere else or don't set any forwarding and it'll just keep ringing.

Toshiba dkt 2010-sd voice mail doesn't answer

To help you I would need to know what type of Toshiba main cabinet you have. If you have a CTX or CIX it may be that your system call forward is turned off. If you dial #620 at the extension in trouble it will turn the system call forward on. #621 turns it off. The proper sequence for "No Answer Call Forward" is Press ext. button + #6031 (tone) + dial main ext for voice mail + timer (08~60)
(tone) . #6051 removes this type of forwarding.

Canceling call forwarding from one extention to another

On the extension that is forwarding use Feature #4 to cancel the call forwarding unless it is programmed under the capabilities section in programming. This will require someone with programming ability to make the forwarding change back to the voice mail access number.

I have a problem with my Samsung iDCS 28D phone. All incoming calls used to be routed to me by default (unless caller specifically punched in a different extension). Calls are now being routed directly to...

try dialing 600 to clear call forwarding, then re-set your forwarding to busy/ no answer followed by the VM number.

I have uploaded a 'how to' video, more of these are at http://www.abbeytelecom.com

I hope this helps.

All calls go directly to voice mail

The phone is probably forwarded to voicemail. Leave the handset down and dial "Feature # 4". This will remove the call forwarding option. There are also automated call forwarding options -- Call Forward-No Answer, and Call Forward-Busy. CF/NA will transfer calls to voicemail after 4-rings (for instance). CF/B sends all calls to voicemail if you are on your phone. System programming, by a certified technician, is required to make changes to these options. Hope this helps.

Can't activate voice mail on Mitel 5212 IP phone

You need to verify your Call rerouting, you will also need to clear any call forwarding that might be active. Its possible the system is not able to transfer a call to the forwarded location.

Need more rings

You have to change the rings from the voice mail server. If you don't know your way around the server, its best to get a local NEC tech although it is fairly simple to navigate. Depends on your skill. Typical default password for the server is NEC

Incoming ringtone length

if you have voice mail, you can set the number of rings before forwarding to voice mail in the administrative options of the voice mail menu itself. Call your voicemail and listen for administrative options. Follow the prompts.
