We have an Saeco Incanto Rondo sClass. When brew coffee, only about half of the water goes through the brew group and the rest goes into the drip tray. When we try to run steam or water through the wand, the machine makes a noise like it is releasing water but the water goes straight down into the drip tray. I've run descaler but it has not helped. How can I fix this? I miss my latte.
