It seems the system keeps busy starting up, checking and loading drivers for internal hardware or it tries to connect to something, but keeps on waiting for confirmation that it's found.
While undergoing this process, the operating system doesn't get a chance to load the software/drivers for your keyboard.
If there's a reset-button to return to original firmware, try to go for this. If this is not possible, you might have the option to use an flash-drive including the Android-version for you tablet and booting, re-installing Android from it, back to your tablet.

Can,t play files from external sd

Some devices do not like certain brands of SD cards. I once had a tablet that would not read my 32GB card, but my phone would. Try a different brand of SD card and see if the issue is resolved.

Long beep at power up

it seem you have a problem with your keyboard. probably the keyboard shorted by water or u accidentally drop something on to your keyboard. try to remove your keyboard from your laptop, see if the beep sound is still ringing or not. u can use the utility manager inside the window until u replaced the keyboard or u can buy an external usb keyboard. good luck

How to activate/use external keyboard with tablet

Try this Coby-related post, which I found... Directly quoted:

"The tablet is setup so that whenever you will be using the keyboard you will have to set it up! So with the machine on and the keyboard plugged into the tablet you select "settings" on the main screen. On the next screen you will need to scroll down to "Advanced Settings". On the next screen you will scroll down to "USB BUS MODE" and deselect the button removing the green check mark. You then select the Curved arrow on the side above the silver button wich backs you back out to the main screen. Now whenerver you open a screen requiring key imput you will be able to use the keyboard."
