Please make sure that the Print Spooler service on your computer is running and enabled. Go
to Start menu > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
Select Print Spooler in the items. Right-click on Print Spooler > click
Properties. In the General tab, select Automatic for Startup Type. Click Start
for Service Status. Hit Apply, and then hit OK to save the settings.
Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
Should the problem continue, maybe it would be best to contact Lexmark Technical Support Center to further diagnose the problem.
