My laptop have power switch problem is there any other way to on the laptop with out pressing power switch

Remove the main battery and try again, have the power supply tested, if no change, the DC jack in the laptop is a common source of trouble and in some cases may need to be replaced.

Please check whether the laptop power button may be in the pressed mode.. please release the key. If the key is not released after you pressed the power button, the laptop will power off.
Clean the power on button.

you have not specified about your power on off switch, if there is any problem with rebooting by softare then press and hold the power botton for 5 sec, then your laptop becomes OFF , then press power button again to start .

Try the "power drain" procedure to fix your laptop:

1. disconnect the power cord from the laptop
2. Remove the battery from the laptop
3. press and hold the power button on the laptop for about 30 seconds
4. Insert the battery back in to the laptop
5. connect the power cord to the laptop
6. Try to start the laptop normally by briefly pressing the power button.

Locate a similar kind of button on the laptop and just press it

it may be case of charger failure.
it may be case of power supply unit inside laptop failure.

It sound like the computer going to sleep mode!

Try removing the power supply (from the wall) and the battery pack. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Plug the mains power (from the wall) back in and then press the power button. It should work. Then you can replace your battery pack. Don't know why it works but it has worked for me in the past. Good luck!

have the power switch replaced ASAP please. the contacts to start your laptop is already weak and needs to be replaced. consult a laptop repairs man who specializes in acer manufacture.
