First you need to unplug the washer and then remove the front cover below the loading door... (Should be 3 Phillips screws on the very bottom). You will want to run the diagnostic program that is found in the manual which is also located behind that front bottom cover…if you can get it to run that program….. I also had to replace the CCU (Central Control Unit) and the Filter….due to the fact that I was getting a F11 & a F14 error… If you are hearing a faint clicking sound coming from the top back (before you get the F11 or F14 error or no error coed at all) then I know for sure you need to replace the CCU and Filter... At least that’s what I had to do…I will give you the link to the site where you can buy it....If you have any type of home protection plan I would just call them and pay the service fee (mine is only $50)....its going to be a lot cheaper that way…. If you decide to buy the part or parts…the CCU and the Filter control unit and do it yourself make sure you get the model number off the CCU and Filter control unit. The top cover is just as easy to take off...the CCU will be located in the center on top and the Filter just to its right... Please make sure the washer is unplugged before you remove any covers….I hope this helps....please give me a rating either way...here is that link to the website for those parts….it also gives you a good picture of the parts...Good Luck
Make sure the water is turned on
