menu, >> "Network" Settings and press "X" Button. Select
"Infrastructure Mode" or "Ad Hoc Mode" and press X Button. Set up the
"New Connection". For details about Infrastructure Mode set up, or Ad
Hoc Mode set up, visit us.playstation.com.

Well assuming you are not turning the psp off during a save, then it would seem the problem is related to your Memory stick. Assuming you didn't buy the memoru sticks off ebay then try returning it. But before that, try reformating the card with your computer instead, and see how it responds from then on..Try using the orginal card supplied with your device and tell me how it works

Sorry Ryan, you will need a service or pandora battery to reload custom firmware.
This will let you back up games you already own and run them from the
You can create a pandora battery and the 'magic' memory
stick from any psp already running custom firmware. You can also buy them online, and if you look in the local classified ads website where you live, you can probably find people offering that downgrading service.
I cannot run through the steps here to create your own, but tutorials are all
over the net and sites like youtube.
Hmmm, where exactly did you pay to download these files? As far as I know there is no legal site to download cso/iso files from. Cso is nothing more than a compressed iso image of a psp disc. I cannnot really tell you how to make them work on your psp due to legal reasons on this site but I can tell you that they will only work on a soft-modded psp (which is a violation of the tos for the psp). If you are staying legal, then you have wasted your money on that site. Sorry. Now, as a side note, I do not agree with not being able to legally back up software or games that we have purchased.
