I'm assuming u have bluetooth on stereo find bluetooth on ur phone, turn it on and find the device u need. I do it old fashion way with cord has headphone jack on one end to plug in phone and red and white to plug into stereo. If u really want low tech cassette tape with headphone jack works too.
If you had a bluetooth device connected and it did not disconnect properly then the phone may be trying to play the sounds to the bluetooth and not the speaker, Turn the phone's bluetooth off and then on and it should work. Also, if you look at a sound file or video file it will show the bluetooth symbol next to it, which means that it is playing to bluetooth and not the phones outher outputs.
I had a similar problem with my iPhone until I discovered that the phone had a separate volume setting for Bluetooth connections. Once I turned that up I had sound. Hope that works for you as well!
I doubt anyone could help you on such flimsy inmformation. What technical error? Provide a step by step guide to the program you are trying to run the steps you took and what the error code actually says. Some DVD's wont play because you don't have the right codecs to do so. The version of your MPlayer is important to list and then search for codecs to suit ver ???

Make sure to always switch off your phone by pressing the On/Off switch.
Before receiving or sending files via bluetooth, press the menu button for 2 seconds, this will show you how many applications are in use, press C to switch them off, (except bluetooth).
Check that your phone memory isn't over full with pics, videos etc...
You could try a reset input: *#7780# Restores factory settings.
