try this. Turn off your printer. Press and hold the two buttons: Power and Reset button at the same time. Continue pressing the Power button and release the Reset button. Press the Reset button twice.

this code is refering to an ink flow issue. I've included a webpage that shows you how to fix it. Read the instructions all the way through BEFORE you start press buttons on the printer.
