Hi charge batteries & get them load tested ..U can buy a BATTERY LOAD TESTER of E/BAY cost aprox $36 this will give U an accurate reading on there condition,.3 flashe's unplug charger & turn key of & back on ..5 flashe's remove key push freewheel lever into freewheel & back into drive put key back & try it . That sounds like water ingress in drive unit. This will need service centre attention.

Have you checked the speed pot is not turned down too low?
No flash / beep codes.
I would check motor connector on drive unit, motor brushes.

You have been plagued by the infamous Pride Scooter "Time Out Timer" faulty board. In the console there is a timer board that shuts the scooter off if the key has been left in for too long. Only thing is is that these boards quit working properly and wont turn on. Like a posessed demon they are very intermittent in their cooperation - kind of like the wife's cat...
The relay on the board can be permanently bypassed if you know which two pins to jumper together - then the problem will be solved. [ : ` `] <- similar to pins on relay. It's NOT the two close together as those two have power when the key is on.

batterys may be to low for charger to pick them back up.Sounds like new batterys to me .dobble check that charger just in case by volt testing the neg and positive wires on one battery ,When its hooked up .then do the other to see if power is getting where its suppose to be. Your checking for volt changed .Battery charger checks out good replace batterys that should do it.

dcreek do you have power to the console? Are you getting any error code flashes on the console? If it just loses power and cuts completly off check your connections on the batteries ie are the cables tight on the post or tabs. Also check the circuit breaker and the fuse on the battery pack. Make sure that the battery pack is well seated in its place on the scooter. You might try removing the battery pack and look closely at the contacts under the battery pack and on the scooter frame make sure none of them (contacts) are bent or crooked and that they are clean.
