Basically you have to reset the password - there should be a reset button that you can press with a pen tip while turning it on and it will ask you to reset - but this will wipe out any items marked private. Here is the user manual for it with instructions :
Be sure the batteries are in correctly and are good, be sure the battery switch is back to the "normal position" - also it may have to be reset to work again - here is the instruction manual for doing that , page 7 chapter 1: http://www.promsoft.com/dev/oz700sdk/oz7xx_manual.pdf
unscrew 3 little screws at the bottom cover using jewelry phillip driver-remove the cover- you will see further instructions inside the cover. This model requires 5 batteries CR2032 (4 for main memory-1 for backup memory)-Hope it helps.
