I dont know why but it started working again like 2 months ago. Oh yeah when I plug it in to the usb it just shows that its charging. I did not notice this. So I have to unplug it real quick then out it back in and it will say that it is connected. So that is why it was not working.

Is the video protected, from a purchased DVD? The Sansa Media Converter will only use un-copy protected content. Best of Luck.

How do I view a video that I transferred from my PC to the phone? I know the file was transferred by phone shows "No Videos."

First, be sure that you transferred the video to a designated file on your phone. Try to copy the video into the Media or Videos file on your phone. Then, locate the file on the phone itself and see if the video appears.

If not, your phone may not recognize the video file format. In this case you may need to open the video file on your computer and re-save it in a compatible format that your phone can recognize and play.

Look at the end of the video's file name. After the 'period' there should be three or four letters/numbers at the end that indicate the file format.

Look up "Supported video formats for Android" or "Supported video formats for iOS" (for iPhones) to find a list of which video files your phone can recognize and play. (If you do not have an Android or iPhone, just search whichever kind of phone you have)

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. How can I play Canon's HD .MOV files on the PS3?

Hi van derb
You would need to convert MOV file into a format which PS3 understands.
This can easily be done with a simple conversion tool such as the 3herosoft PS3 Video Converter.
1) Download and install 3herosoft PS3 Video Converter. Once installation has completed, launch the program. Step
2 ) Click "File" and then "Add" from the top menu of the 3herosoft PS3 Video Converter program. Browse to the folder and location of your MOV file. Select the file that you want to convert to PS3 format and click "Open." Once selecting the file, it will be added to the conversion list. Step
3) Edit the file as desired. Modify fields under "General" in the upper left-hand corner of the program window. Changes can be made to video size, duration, frame rate, buffer size and more. Step
4) Click "Convert" button (red circle) to convert the MOV file into PS3 format. Locate the converted file and transfer it to your PS3 for playback.
You can download this software from following link. http://download.cnet.com/3herosoft-PS3-Video-Converter/3000-2194_4-10909133.html

I have a sony walkman and im trying to convert music videos to it with windows media and I have downloaded a sony walkman converter but when I try to play it on my walk man it says cannot play file format...

I have tried numerous converters and once I move the files to my Sony Walkman it says that either the file cannot be played or that there are no video files on it. I have used manual settings, I have used programs that auto convert for sony walkman and nothing. What I don't get is that only a few weeks ago I added some wmv files to it and they are working fine, but now if I try to add even one of the same files it wont work. Did I accidently uninstall something, or something?
