Sorry forgot to post the problem. Firstly this appliance is here in Portugal. We only get the freezer to freezer on the bottom drawer. The middle is not too bad and the top is like a fridge. In the back of the fridge part at the back is the cd button what when pressed has caused much of what is tin the fridge to freeze! Frozen eggs are not good

Unfortunately the Santos 3000 has been out of production for several years. I would suggest contacting Bodum directly, or finding a used unit on eBay.
If that doesn't work for you, there are manual vacuum brewers on the market that work great. They are also called siphon brewers. Mainly they are produced by Yama, Hario, and Bodum.
The links of this watch require special tools and expertise.it's not like a seiko. you should take it to a cartier jeweler I don't think they would even charge you for that.
