Exclamation light
The amber light in the shape of an exclamation mark (!) blinks when the unit requires attention. The display will give further information. The light is off when no attention is required.

Great you changed the toner cartridges but you may also need to do the following as well.
Imaging drum is low
Light patternDescription
The imaging-drum light is on. The printer continues to print without any action required until the imaging drum is empty.
Action
Order a new imaging drum.
Have a good day
This looks like either there is an paper jam or carriage jam on the unit,
Check the rare access door weather there is a paper jam.
Remove the cartridges and try moving the carriage( the cartridge hold) left to right and right to left and check if its moving freely.
After these try disconnecting the power cable without turning off the unit and hold the On button for 15 secs and then plug in the power cable while your hold the on button.
be carful about putting you email up on posts, as bad people harvest them for spam, and much worse stuff. anyhow, make sure the cables are correctly and firmly plugged in and now go into start (xp) and into printers faxes, and their should be a printer icon, with the name: Hp 6110 printer.
if there is delete it and restart your comp, once this is done reload the software that came with the printer on a cd. if you have lost the disk then you can get an all in one type driver off from here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=79477&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us
if the printer is still not happy, then go into the printer icon by right clicking it and look around until you see the port the printer is configured to, sometimes its the generic printer port set as active, but the printer is using a USB port etc...
good luck.
