Advent TV200P 17" TV/TFT Flatscreen Monitor

I recently bought this item which is a monter and can also be used as a tv i dont have a manual could some who has one e mail me one i desperate lol

I have also recently bought an Advent TV-200P and the instructions have gone missing. We are unable to use the product without them and I have tried in vain to find any info on the net but there doesn't seem to be any help out there. Can anybody help me with this problem or know where I can get a manual from.

Right click on desktop and click screen resolution. Then select the recommended resolution for your monitor and click apply then OK. This sholud solve your problem.

I recently bought a used flatscreen hdtv with atsc and hdmi the brand name is samwin. i want to use it as my new monitor. bought the svga monitor cable and audio cable plugged it into my tower and it says...

You need a monitor video driver for the Samwin monitor part of the TV. google for the driver download with the SamWin model number?

My monitor does not work right. it says vga not support.. its a proview 17" flatscreen..active matrix tft lcd

I suspect your Computers Display settings need adjustments and or a Driver from Proview installed...therefor if you can get on the net, I would look at FAQ's on Proviews Website, i.e:

Connect the second monitor to the blue VGA port. Download catalyst control center from the below link and install it. Using catalyst control center, you can configure dual monitor. You may need to check 'force tv detection' setting in catalyst control center.
