PC Performer is a rogue registry cleaner and usually gets installed with free programs or by clicking ads. I wouldn't trust that you have that many errors as it is just trying to goad you into purchasing it but it will have slowed your computer down to trick you into believing there are errors. Uninstall PC Performer from your Programs and Features applet in the Control Panel. Depending on how it got installed you might have some other unknown programs need removed too such as Speed Analysis2 or 7goGames. Check through the list for any others you didn't install
Once uninstalled download AdwCleaner from http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/finish/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner. Close all open programs and internet browsers then open up AdwCleaner and click the Scan button, once the scan completes click on Clean.
To remove PC Performer from your internet browsers download Junkware Removal Tool from http://thisisudax.org/downloads/JRT.exe Double click the tool (jrt.exe), it will open in command prompt, press any key to run the scan, a log will pop open when it completes.
Run an anti-malware scan to make sure nothing has been missed, if you don't have one I recommend the free version of MBAM http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
