My samsung np-n148 keyboard many keys not working

num lock or function lock is on Function is FN button some times in blue or your shift key is stuck down.

did you select the right settings for the keyboard?
an usa style keyboard and not a chinese or japanese one?

Did you press the FN hold it down and do the brightness? If you did then you need a new keyboard replacement. John

You can try to vacuum out your keyboard, then try to blow it out with compressed air. If these don't make it work your keyboard has lost function in those keys
