B&w zepplin won't turn off has a constant blue light and won't play (It is three years old )

sorry for the delay, the red light flashing is a known problem on all but the very latest models. The capacitors on the pcb are an issue, you should contact the point of sale or b and w service and they should arrange for repair.

b and w have a department just for these issues I am lead to believe.

if the aux point at the back works, it could be a docking arm issue.
sometimes even with the bluelight on, the power supply board may be playing up. if your zepplin number starts z00 or z1 or below z2003 then it will more than likey have the known power board fault and need an upgraded power board. when they do this they should also check any other issues. (if you sent it in with a faulty speaker they would still upgrade the power board, so put it in for repair.)

problem initates from the power supply board most likely or one og the others, is a known problem, contact supplier or manufacturers for fix.

faulty power supply unit, contact point of sale or b and w service for collection and repair.

failing power supply board. you can either pull it and look for bad caps or go online and find a refurbed board.

there are three aux inpits at the rear, check them out.
