my htc freesyle wont turn on like what so ever, so i decided to plug my charger in it & i press the on button & it will turn on but the only thing that happens is it will keep flashing "oops an error has ocurred restarting..." & it will keep popping up & then when i disconnect the charger it will keep popping up for at least 10 minutes & then it will stop. can you help me figure out what to do, instead of getting a new phone?
take your sim card out and put the battery back in, than turn your phone on and when everything is on type this *#9998*3323#.and it should reset your phone. after that put your sim card in and see if that works.
well they could have gave you a messed up phone. the best thing to do is to take it back to them and tell them what is going on, most likely they would give you a new phone
Initially do a cold restart of the phone...hold Home and Top until the phone shuts down even if you see the slide to power down..keep holding.
I would start by restoring the phone through iTunes to a previous version where things were working. Finally if all fails you will want to wipe the phone and start clean.
