You must be trying to operate the camera in a cold area when the cold gets to the camera it forms moisture leave it turned on until it warms up hope this helps regards Jim

I suggest turn it to lower temperature, so that water won't drip down. You can get rid of the hardness by keeping those things out of the unit for about half an hour before using, so that it may lose some coldness and become soft.

I just got this camera I use it on occasion and everything was perfectly fine. Now when I turn it on a green light comes on then it turns red and immediatley shuts off. Pleas help!

You got a low batterry status, recharrge well or replace the batttery. if you had checked this out earlier then these is a power on safety cut off which could be some failure in the internal circuitry/ If there was any case of moisture within the set please try to keep it in a warm position maybe a warrm lamp and check out after some time. Temprature settings keep changing by itself. Mostly changes on fridge side..freezer temp stays steady for most part. today....all vegetables froze in fridge...lettuce wad hard as rock....please...

Either the temprature control is malfunctioning or the cold air duct dampers stuck up due to forsting. Switch off the refrigerator for 3 hours and restart.

Your refrigerator compartment temprature is below 32 degrees and freezing your water in the filter. Adjust the thermostat setting to a higher temprature setting using a thermometer in the referigerator as a refrence. 34-37 degrees is a good temprature range to keep food fresh.

due to very low temprature some malfunction may have occured. keep it in normal temprature for few hours and then try switching it ON. even if this not solves take it to some service centre.
