It can be short in control board. The weak components on the board gets shot.Actually as you mentioned that circuit breaker tripped. When the components gets weak and board cannot handle the flow of current, at that time it trips the breaker, so that components don't get shorted. But if still the circuit breakers is turned on, then in some cases the breaker trips again or in some cases the weak components on the main control board gets popped out and unit quits working.-------
As per the problem mentioned the main control board has top be replaced. But still get the voltage checked at the board. This will help.----------
You can get
required parts from online sites like:
--- www.repairclinic.com or from searspartsdirect online site. ----------- This should help.
Thanks.Helpmech.

You may try and reset the induction cook top by disconnecting the power to the unit for up to 30 seconds. This will clear most false error codes. You can disconnect power by flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. If the error code does not clear, then the unit more than likely can be experiencing an issue with the EOC and user interface board. This is not a typical do it yourself job; please consult a professional or your manufacturer.

When you used all elements the power supply wire have been
gone to the maximum current absorbed so to the maximum heat. When the cook top
is new it can withstand this heat but due to long time used now you have burned
out wires and probably to junction point. So now the power supply wire is
burned and is open circuit thus not any power to the heater. The wires have
just open circuit and they don't touch each other or the metal body of the cook
top that is why you don't have the circuit breaker fuse to trip off. So now you
need to disassemble the cook top and you will very easily find the burn point
which should be melded and burned black and replace all parts that they have
been burned with new one.
Here is the link where you find the parts layout, the wiring
diagram and also order any parts you might need.
Also just for safety, avoid to use all four heater at the
same time in the future.
