which fuse at you looking for. if you are looking for the fuser that will be the item behind the printer. open up the back door you will be able to see the fuser.

if you are looking for the electric fuse. that will be on the main boad. it is right behind too. open up the back cover you will be able to locate the fuse.

may be paper delivery sensor is open or lamp is burning or thermostate is broken
please check it

check the fuser unit

if older printer or well used printer (All laser printers if they have print quality issues - it is mostly either the toner or the fuser). the only way to tell is get (borrow) a toner and see if problem is the same or remove the fuser (the hot thing in the printer) and see if the "ironing" unit or fuser rollers are dirty or worn out or scratched

This problem is probably caused by a problem with the fuser unit.
It should be replaced.

If the new toner is original, your unit just burned the fuser. If it is under warranty, any Samsung Authorized Service Center will gladly replace it for free.
