There is probably a hairline fracture or tiny crack in the blade assembly itself - replace the blade assembly - it will automatically come with a gasket, so you will have an extra.

Why is it leaking all the time?

gasket is the most likely candidate. The gasket is either cracked, damaged or gone. If it is missing then it most likely fell off when cleaning. Unscrew the base and see if it is in there. It is also possible it is not seated properly.

Why does my blender leak?

hi,

sounds like the bearing assembly went, right where the motor connects to the blade, you can get a replacement base from them, have to find the model number and go to their website. doubt you burnt it up. cuisinarts supposedly are commercial quality.

How do I fix or replace my kitchenaid blender blade KSB560BF (Polycarb Jar)? It's leaked thru the blade assembly.

Make sure the blade assembly is put together in the correct order. The blade needs to go through the gasket so that the order is pitcher glass, gasket, and metal blade base. Then the final plastic cap threaded onto the pitcher. If the gasket is not between the pitcher and the metal blade assembly, you will have leaks.
Also, check the gasket to be sure it's not cracked and that it doesn't have residue on it.
I hope this helps. If it does, please come back and rate my suggestion!

I have the cuisinart SPB-7 Smart Power and it leaks. I put my milk in and it run on the counter top. What do I need to replace? Is it the washer?

The bottom part that screws on the jug with the blades, either the o-ring is bad,or the screw on piece is cracked and needs to be replaced.

Misplaced manual. How to assemble Cuisinart Smartpower 7 speed electronic blender- Specifically need to know where to place the gasket.

Hello, W/D here.

You can download your manual here:

http://www.cuisinart.com/manuals.html

It is at the bottom of the page.

On page 4 of the manual is the instructions for assembly of the jar. With the jar upside down, lay the gasket on the threaded area, insert the blade/plate, and screw on the base. Nothing to it.

Best regards, --W/D--

Cuisinart model # SPB-6 (tx) leaking when unit is together, seal is in place, still leaking. Unit is not damaged, please advise.

Check if leaking at the bearing for the blade.

If the bearing has worn, dis-assemble and coat shaft with food-safe grease and re-assemble. Also coat the seals with the grease.

Leaking blender

Mine also leaked from day 1. I just read in the manual to first place the bottom and blade assembly on the counter, then seat the gasket around the blade assembly, making sure it is just under the lip of the blade piece (careful, you have to maneuver around the blades). Then place the jar on the assembly and screw in tightly. This worked and I have no more leaks.
This is different than other blenders where you place the gasket on the jar and then attach the bottom. It is a poor design, but after what I paid for it, I am glad to be able to use it and not just trash it.

Cuisinart sealing gasket

The gasket goes between the cutting assembly and the glass. So you slip it on over the top of the blades and then put the glass jar over top of that. Screw the bottom cap on to tighten everything together.
