RCA 64 inch rear projection tv with pip Guide+gold

I bought this tv in 1999 the part number on the bill is RCA P56930BL. When I look it up it says it is a 56 inch, but mine is a 64 inch so maybe the part number is wrong. I turned on the tv today and the screen looked all streched out, and the colors were funky and blury, so I turned it off and tried to turn it back on, and it would not turn on. I took the back cover off to find that the 5amp fuse had blown where the electricity comes into the back of the tv. I tried to replace the fuse but it just keeps blowing
