Need to adjust incoming calls volumne up

Old nokia phone, 661k . can't figure out how to increase volumne of c=incoming calls, it's very faint.

    there are no buttons on the side of this phone. Even taking it to the Verizon store that sold it to me a few years ago was not helpful.

Hi
most phones only allow you to increase/decrease volume of earpiece whilst your in a call. Whilst making a call the buttons on side of phone (up/down) should allow you to adjust volume. Sometimes these buttons also allow adjustment of ringer volume when not in a call. Hope that helps?

    Is this phone the 6610?

    You might find that the up/down volume keys are on the multi directional button in the middle below the screen. So whilst in a call try the up/down, or left/right. If buttons are not on side of a Nokia its normally on the multi directional button instead.

When you have called someone or you have an incoming call, just use the left & right navigation keys to decrease or increase the speaker volume.

Yes, you can. To adjust the volume on a call, press the volume-up button during a call. There is not (as far as I know) a way to adjust the call volume when you're not actually in a call.

If it's a cell phone it's usually the button on the left narrow "side" of the phone. From your homescreen try pushing this up or down.

We figured it out~
While talking to someone, press the arrow button that points to the right.
We kept pressing the up button, to no avail, as that would have made much more sense to me.
